Your photos stay on your device
Photos are often more personal than documents. They show faces, children, homes and ID cards, and many hold hidden details like the GPS location where they were taken.
iLoveIMG processes images on its servers, so each photo is uploaded first. You cannot check what happens to it there, how long it stays, or whether it ends up in a data set used to train software. We are not saying iLoveIMG does this. We are saying that uploading always means trusting someone else with the file.
Easy File Tools works differently. The image tools run in your browser, and your own device does the work. Your photos are never sent to us, so we cannot keep them or look at them.
You do not have to take our word for it. Open a tool, then turn off Wi-Fi or unplug the network cable. The tool still works, because nothing needs to go anywhere. If you are technical, open your browser's developer tools and watch the network tab while a file is processed: the file is not sent.
No limits, including on AI tools
iLoveIMG's free plan limits file size and how much you can process. Its AI tools, like background removal, are the most limited, because they cost money to run on a server.
Our background remover runs its AI model in your browser, so each image costs us nothing. That is why we can make it free and unlimited. The same goes for resizing, converting and upscaling. Add as many images as you like, as often as you like.
No account and no watermark
There is nothing to sign up for. Open a tool, add your images, and download the results. We never add a watermark, and we never ask for your email address.
Because your own device does the work, we do not pay for servers that process other people's files. Serving the web page costs very little, so we can keep every tool free, with no paid plan and no trial.

- Can I resize many images at once?
- Yes. Batch image resize changes the size of many images in one go and can rename them in a consistent way. Download them one by one or as a ZIP file.
- Can I remove the background from a photo for free?
- Yes. The background remover runs an AI model in your browser and gives you a transparent PNG at the full size of your photo. There are no credits and no limit.
- Which image formats are supported?
- The image converter handles JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF and BMP. A separate tool converts iPhone HEIC and HEIF photos.
- Are my photos uploaded?
- No. The image tools process your files in your browser. Your photos never reach us.
- Can I remove the location from a photo?
- Yes. The EXIF tool shows the hidden details in a photo, such as GPS location, camera and date, and saves a clean copy without them.
