EXIF Viewer and Remover shows the camera and software fields stored inside a JPEG and exports a clean copy with them stripped, for photos you are about to share.

How to use it

1.Pick a JPEG and read the fields the parser finds in its EXIF directories.
2.Decide whether the original stays as your archive copy and the clean export is the one you share.
3.Make the clean copy, download it, and check it wherever you are sending it.

Options

The inspector shows the common fields when they are present: make, model, orientation, software, date, copyright, user comment.
The export is redrawn through Canvas, so the source metadata segment is not copied into it.

Limitations

Anything outside the supported JPEG EXIF fields, including some maker notes and other containers, may not show up.
Stripping metadata does nothing about what is visible in the picture: landmarks, faces, reflections, text.

Common questions

Does the export remove GPS coordinates?

Yes. The clean copy is redrawn without the source EXIF segment, so location data stored there does not come along, even though the inspector lists only the common fields.

Why does it show no fields for my photo?

It may not be a JPEG, it may use a layout that is not supported, or it may have no EXIF data at all. A clean export still strips a decoded image.
