PowerPoint to PDF

How to use it

1. 1.Finish the deck and decide what should show: hidden slides, notes, comments, animation end states.
2. 2.Convert, keeping the slide aspect ratio and the fonts and images the deck relies on.
3. 3.Look through every page for substituted fonts, clipped objects, changed charts, and media that did not make it.

Options

• The slide size decides whether pages come out widescreen or standard.
• Each slide is captured in one state, not as a sequence.

Limitations

• Animations, transitions, video, audio, and triggers do nothing in a PDF.
• A missing theme font changes the wrapping and shifts objects away from the original design.
