About Excel to PDF

Excel to PDF paginates spreadsheet sheets into fixed pages, following the workbook's own print areas, scaling, and orientation.

Runs entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your device.

1.Open the workbook and check formulas, hidden sheets, print areas, page breaks, and repeating rows.
2.Set orientation and scaling so the columns that matter stay readable instead of shrinking to nothing.
3.Convert and go through each sheet for clipped columns, blank pages, formula errors, and missing content.

The print area decides which cells become pages. Scaling decides how much fits across the paper.
Orientation and paper size set how much width a wide table has to work with.

Macros, slicers, live formulas, filters, and controls end up static, or do not render at all.
Fonts, charts, conditional formatting, and page setup can differ from what desktop Excel prints.

Why is my sheet spread over dozens of narrow pages?

The print area or the scaling does not fit the width. Switch to landscape and fit the columns you need while keeping the text readable.

Are formulas recalculated?

Do not count on a browser converter matching desktop Excel. Save the workbook with the values you want before converting.
