Normalize Audio applies a fixed EBU-style loudness profile targeting −16 LUFS integrated loudness, −1.5 dB true peak, and an 11 LU loudness range. You choose only the output format.

Why is normalized audio still dynamic?

Loudness normalization changes the overall level; it does not necessarily compress the difference between quiet and loud moments.
