About Crop video

Crop Video cuts away everything outside a frame or aspect ratio you choose, which is how landscape footage becomes a square or vertical cut.

Runs entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your device.

1.Play the clip and watch where the subject moves inside the frame, start to finish.
2.Pick an aspect ratio or type exact crop dimensions, then put the box over what has to stay.
3.Export and watch the whole thing for a subject, caption, or logo sliding out of frame.

Ratio presets cover square, landscape, and vertical placements.
Exact coordinates and dimensions are there when a platform demands a specific pixel frame.

The crop does not follow anything. Pixels outside it are gone.
Crop into a small area and the output is small. Enlarging it afterwards softens the picture.

Does cropping change the duration?

No. It changes the visible rectangle. The encoding settings can still change size and quality.

My subject keeps leaving the vertical crop.

The crop is fixed and the subject is not. Frame wider, or use an editor with motion tracking.
